This spacious room is part of an apartment located directly by the waterfront, just a two-minute walk from the Teglholmen harbor bus stop.

To give you an idea of your future cohabitants: one roommate is Magda, 36 years old, who works in the renewable energy industry. She is open and sociable, with a good sense of humor, though not an early riser. On weekends, she often goes for a run or spends time cooking meals in the kitchen. The other roommate is Lino, 29, an Electrical Engineer who ensures shared dinners and occasional outings for a beer. He enjoys facts, seeks adventure, and spends summers sailing. Lately, he has been thinking about getting a motorcycle. At home, he’s never bored since he always has projects on the go, like recently building a new shoe rack.

The apartment itself measures about 108 square meters and includes two balconies. Your personal space is approximately 16 square meters and has its own private balcony. Combined kitchen and living areas create an open and integrated environment. The location offers easy access to the city center by bike within 15 to 20 minutes. Public transport options include a 15-minute bus ride to the Main Station, a 10-minute walk to the M4 metro line, and a 30-minute harbor bus trip to Nyhavn. Upon moving in, the financial obligations include the first month’s rent at 7,300 DKK (or half if moving in mid-month), a deposit of 20,580 DKK, and prepaid rent for the final month totaling 7,300 DKK.
