We are offering a bright and spacious top-floor apartment of approximately 40 square meters, consisting of two rooms, a small entrance area, as well as a balcony and a French balcony. This unit is located on the second floor of our cozy three-story townhouse. The apartment includes a private refrigerator and a compact kitchenette for your exclusive use, while the washing machine and dryer are shared with us.

About the household: We are a family of three-my partner, our daughter who will soon be two years old, and myself-residing on the middle floor, with the ground floor dedicated to kitchen and living space. Our home offers a calm and secure environment with an emphasis on a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Over the past eight years, we have had tenants mostly staying for around one and a half years on average. Though our daughter is generally quiet, she can naturally be noisy from time to time, as young children tend to be. The house is constructed of concrete, providing relatively good sound insulation; however, if complete silence is essential, this might not be the ideal place. We also share our home with a cat named Filippa, a dog named Fenja, and fish in the garden pond.

The facilities include your own floor with a sunny balcony plus a French balcony, a personal refrigerator and kitchenette, access to the washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom shared with us. There is no deposit required-only one month's rent paid in advance. The monthly rent is 9,500 DKK, which covers all expenses.
