Situated on Ringvejen and within Højagerkollegiet, these residences provide options with either separate kitchens or open-plan kitchen areas, all featuring white cabinetry by Svane. Each unit includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator-freezer, stove, and extractor hood, while the two-room apartments are equipped with four separate heating elements and a countertop oven. Bathrooms have showers with brown tiled floors and walls finished in textured wall coverings. Storage sheds are available for all tenants; some have private sheds, whereas others share with fellow residents.

The two dormitory complexes consist of single-story terraced houses built in distinctive styles and periods. Fårupkollegiet, built with red bricks in 1996 and 2000, is located in the southern part of Jelling, whereas Højagerkollegiet, established in 1984, lies in the western section of the same town. Both offer communal rooms available for rent at very affordable rates, along with shared laundry facilities. Outdoor spaces are well-maintained and encourage social engagement, featuring amenities like barbecue areas, campfire spots, and a beach volleyball court adjacent to Højagerkollegiet. A strong social network is fostered within both complexes, partly through the use of social media platforms. Tenants can also obtain a modem for internet access through an agreement with Jelling Radio & TV, available for a small fee. Although the apartments are not specifically designed for wheelchair users, accommodations can be arranged if needed.

Regarding pets, each two-room apartment is permitted to house one dog weighing up to 40 kilograms or one cat.
