A 14 m² room is available for rent near Friheden Station in Hvidovre. The rental is intended for a single occupant only; children, shared custody children, or weekend visits from children are not permitted at this address. The house is spacious, measuring 270 m², with more bedrooms than are currently needed, as my daughters have moved out. Therefore, this room is offered for rent.

Access to all communal areas of the house is included. The property features a kitchen and two bathrooms. Outside, there is a large, private garden equipped with ample garden furniture. Public transportation options are abundant, with numerous buses and the A line train stopping at Friheden Station providing direct routes to central Copenhagen. If you have a car, parking is available on the residential street during nighttime.

Local amenities include a shopping center, Hvidovre Stadium, Friheden Sports Center, an ice rink, and Hvidovre Harbor. I expect tenants to be quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, leaving them clean and orderly. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and there must be no issues with alcohol. The ideal tenant is a commuter or someone connected to the airport, based in Copenhagen. Pets are not allowed.

I am self-employed and work partly from home. The room comes furnished, but tenants need to provide their own phone and internet connection. Rent includes electricity and heating.
