A beautiful bedroom is currently available in a stylish, newly renovated apartment located on Amager, with low utility costs. The room can be occupied from either February 15th or March 1st, 2025. We are a small communal household consisting of two women and two men seeking a responsible tenant-either female or male-with a registered address and CPR number.

This 10-square-meter room is part of a spacious 120-square-meter apartment situated next to a picturesque park, offering lovely views. The apartment includes two bathrooms, both equipped with showers. Shared living space covers approximately 80 square meters, featuring a large communal dining area and a spacious, modern kitchen furnished with a dishwasher and a sizable refrigerator. Additional amenities within the residence include underfloor heating as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The basement provides a 5-square-meter shared storage area, and outside there is a charming communal space suitable for dining or sunbathing. Parking options include the possibility to rent a secured parking spot, while bicycle parking is available outdoors. Among the apartment's highlights are two generous communal balconies overlooking the parkland. The apartment comes partially furnished with basic pieces but is otherwise unfurnished.

Conveniently located, the residence is just a 10-minute bike ride from the airport and the city center. There are seven supermarkets nearby, along with two bus stops within a five-minute walking distance. The metro station is also reachable via two bus stops. Rent is 6,130 DKK per month and includes internet access. Utilities-electricity, heating, as well as hot and cold water-are paid monthly in advance at approximately 500 DKK, depending on individual consumption.
