Nice room in Roskilde

Hi, our flatmate is about to move out, therefore Martin and I are seeking a new tenant. I work at DTU and he is a software developer. We are looking for a flatmate who might also be interested in playing board games, have a movie night or a beer together once in a while. We are social but also respect closed doors.

The flat is close to the Roskilde station. Going to Copenaghen takes only 30 minutes, while DTU Risø and the RUC campus are even closer. There are two supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. The flat covers the first floor of a house. The windows and roof have been renovated recently, so it's well insulated. There is space for one bike under the canopy in the courtyard.

The room faces a small courtyard. The flat has also a kitchen, bathroom, and a living room.

The cost for the utilities (heating, electricity, water, and internet) is fixed. There are 3 months of deposit and 1 of prepaid rent.
