Are you searching for a comfortable place to live starting in March or April? I am looking for a roommate aged 26 or older to share my lovely apartment located on Mylius Erichsens Vej. (Please note that the platform Findroommate currently shows the address as Funkiavej, which I'm attempting to have corrected.)

The apartment itself features two spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry column and dishwasher, as well as a large living room, totaling 88 square meters. Additionally, we share one parking space and a quaint garden with the three other apartments in the building. Situated just around the corner is Trøjborg, one of Aarhus' coziest neighborhoods, with buses departing for all directions nearby. If you ever crave a cold IPA or a sausage roll late at night, the Circle K station is conveniently located right across the street.

The room available to you measures about 15 square meters, and the rent is approximately 4,500 DKK per month, including water, heating, and insurance (depending on housing support). The move-in date is flexible but cannot be earlier than March 1st.

You will be living with me - a 31-year-old sound designer passionate about creating audio and music. I also enjoy board games, movies, and series, as well as running, cycling, climbing, dancing, and singing during my free time. My former roommates and I have greatly valued doing activities together, such as watching films or series, jogging, playing disc golf, climbing, cooking, and sharing a beer or two. The large, pleasant living room serves as a wonderful common space where we can gather and enjoy each other's company.
