The apartment spans 146 square meters and features six bedrooms alongside two bathrooms, each equipped with spacious walk-in showers. The shared spaces include a fully furnished kitchen, a dedicated laundry area with both a washing machine and dryer, as well as an attic storage space for additional belongings.

A wardrobe is provided with the room. Currently, five friendly and easygoing international residents in their late twenties to early thirties live here. The household maintains a good balance between social interaction and personal privacy, placing importance on keeping the environment neat and orderly.

Tenants can register their CPR address at this location. However, the offer is not open to couples, and preference is given to tenants willing to commit for at least one year, making it unsuitable for exchange or internship students. The monthly rent amounts to 5,800 DKK, inclusive of utility costs. A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent totaling 11,600 DKK is required, bringing the total initial payment to 17,400 DKK.
