The room comes equipped with a large built-in wardrobe featuring three doors, a bed, a bookshelf, and optionally a desk, a television, and a refrigerator. It is also possible to rent the room unfurnished. Tenants have unrestricted access to the kitchen, bathroom, internet, and washing machine, as well as the front garden. Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
