All three- and four-room apartments include a utility room outfitted with cabinetry and tiled flooring, while the bedrooms feature built-in closets. Family units are equipped with eat-in kitchens, whereas the youth apartments at Enebærvej 25 and 27 have separate kitchens. The remaining youth housing features kitchens integrated openly with the living areas. Flooring throughout consists of beech parquet, with access to the garden from the bright living rooms. At Enebærvej 13-17, ash parquet floors are installed, and garden access is available from both the living room and the bedroom.
