My name is Ask, and I have a spacious, bright room of 16 m² available for rent within my well-kept and smoothly functioning apartment located in Bellahøj. The apartment offers a quiet and light atmosphere, partly because there is no tenant living above, and it is situated near numerous green spaces. The shared kitchen is large, accommodating several people cooking simultaneously, and includes a dishwasher, a dining area, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, and fast internet with a speed of 1/1 Gbit.

The room can be rented either unfurnished or partially furnished, depending on what we agree on. There is a good, relatively new mattress measuring 140 × 200 cm that can be included; however, no bed frame is provided. This mattress is not shown in the photos. The apartment is shared with me and Kristin, a 19-year-old Norwegian who recently moved into the other room. She will be staying here for one year. The two bedrooms are fully soundproofed, ensuring both privacy and quiet for the residents.

All standard expenses are covered by the rent. You will share the refrigerator with Kristin but will have your own shelves and cupboards in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Cleaning responsibilities are managed through a simple rotation system where each tenant cleans approximately every third week. Additionally, the shared refrigerator is cleaned as needed. With prior agreement, the living room may be used when you have visitors, and overnight guests are welcome within reasonable limits.

I am 62 years old and have a 20-year-old daughter who is currently traveling abroad. Professionally, I have an academic background, including experience as a schoolteacher, and I am gradually re-entering the workforce. Consequently, I spend quite a bit of time at home during the day. My interests include music, socializing with friends, and exercise. I appreciate a friendly and relaxed everyday interaction, with no expectations of constant socializing. This living situation allows room for community, personal space, and times when one focuses on their own activities.

Given that Kristin is 19 and I am home most daytime hours, I am primarily seeking a younger female tenant who is either working a daytime job or enrolled in full-time education.
