Room for rent :))

A furnished room measuring 19 square meters is available for rent in my apartment. The space comes equipped with a bed, a table with chairs, and a clothes rack. Monthly rent is 4,700 DKK and covers heating, water, electricity, and WiFi. A deposit of 14,000 DKK is required upfront and will be fully refunded upon moving out. Additionally, we share the cost of common household supplies, which typically amounts to about 100-150 DKK each per month.

I am seeking a roommate who has a stable source of income, maintains a regular daytime work routine, and leads an active lifestyle. It is important to me that my housemate values cleanliness and tranquility and is willing to share responsibility for the upkeep of the apartment.

As for myself, I have a busy work schedule and appreciate social interactions, although I mostly recharge by spending time at home. Therefore, it would be ideal if you have your own social circle. Still, I enjoy engaging in conversation whenever time permits. The room is ready for occupancy starting October 1, 2025. If this arrangement sounds suitable, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
