I am seeking a quiet and easygoing roommate to sublet a room in my apartment, positioned centrally on Vesterbro at the junction with Prinsensgade. The location offers a convenient 5 to 10-minute walk to nearby amenities such as Netto, Rema, the Aalborg Bus Terminal at John F. Kennedy’s Square, as well as Kildeparken.

My current roommate will be moving out in December to return to her home country after completing a semester of studies here, so I am now looking for someone to take over the room.

A short introduction about myself: I am Henrik, 25 years old, currently pursuing a degree in Communication and Digital Media at AAU. I tend to be an old soul who typically spends weekends working or occasionally hosting friends and colleagues for dinner, as I take a keen interest in cooking. I also enjoy a fine glass of wine and often listen to vinyl records in the dining room.

Regarding the room, it is generously sized with ceilings approximately 2.5 to 3 meters high, facing west with views overlooking Vesterbro. The room is located on the fourth floor and features soundproof windows, so it remains relatively quiet. It adjoins the living room/TV area, which functions as an en-suite, and can be closed off from the dining room. The apartment is shared, and you are welcome to use my television and streaming services freely. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, and a washing machine is available on the ground floor.

The current roommate intends to sell all the furniture in the room since she cannot take it with her. She has only possessed the items for a short time, and if you are interested in purchasing any furniture—such as a bed, which might be convenient to avoid carrying one up to the fourth floor—please feel free to get in touch with her. There is no obligation to buy everything.

As for the rental terms, the rent represents half of the total apartment rent, and the advance payment covers electricity, water, heating, and internet expenses. The monthly rent is 3,350 DKK with an additional 750 DKK for utilities included in the advance payment.
