A bright room is available in a house set in attractive natural surroundings in Holte, located close to Søllerød sø with Kirkeskoven directly adjacent. Please note that the rent covers everything: water, heating, electricity, TV, internet and laundry facilities - in other words, all utilities and services are included. We are a couple who are 32 years old and are looking for a tenant to take one of the two rooms in the basement level. Emil trained as an engineer at DTU and Julie is a trained nurse. Together we have two sons, Alfred who is 5 years old and Otto who is 10 months old.

As a tenant you will have your own entrance and direct access to the garden, and you will share the kitchen and bathroom with one other tenant. Laundry facilities are available (washing machine and dryer), there is a bicycle shed, and you may use the terrace and garden. The house sits approximately 1,8 km. from Holte centre, where shopping options include Netto, Kvickly, Coop, Lagkagehuset, Emmerys etc. It is 2 km. to Holte station, from which both line A and E run to Copenhagen (takes 20 min.), about 200 m. to a bus stop, and 5 km. to DTU. Note: we are looking for a "Non-smoker".
