Short term rental, ideal for exchange-student/internship

A charming and comfortable single room is available for rent for a period of three months. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces, and the living room opens onto a small, attractive balcony.

The apartment is situated in Valby, conveniently close to parks and other green surroundings. It is also just 2.5 kilometers from Hvidovre Havn, which offers the opportunity to swim in the water. The room already includes a single bed, and there are various pieces of furniture provided for clothing and personal belongings. However, there is flexibility to bring your own furniture if you prefer.

Public transport options are excellent, with a bus stop located directly outside the building, and both the S-train and metro stations nearby, making commuting very convenient. The rent covers all utilities, including electricity, water, heating, and internet access.

The current tenant leads a quiet lifestyle, preferring to go out rather than host parties at home. Therefore, if you enjoy frequent social gatherings in your living space, this might not be the right fit. The atmosphere is intended to be calm and relaxing, although occasional small dinner gatherings with friends are welcomed.

If this room interests you, please get in touch and share a little about yourself.
