Tenants are expected to commit to a minimum rental duration of one month starting in December, ideally staying as long as possible until January 15th.

The room itself comes fully furnished, featuring a 140x200 bed, wardrobe, lamp, and curtains, along with access to the shared kitchen and communal areas.
