A tenant is sought for a 12-square-meter room offering views of Grøndalsparken. Situated in a peaceful and quaint neighborhood, the house benefits from close proximity to both train and bus services. Traveling to the city center takes approximately 15 minutes, and convenient public transport options connect easily to destinations outside the city.

The room itself is bright and comes fully furnished, including a bed, wardrobe space, desk, and chair. Shared access is provided to the kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and garden areas. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Rent is set at DKK 6,300 per month, with a required security deposit equivalent to two months' rent. Therefore, the initial payment consists of the monthly rent plus the deposit.

Ideal tenants will have a stable daily routine involving either study or steady employment, appreciate the tranquility that the home offers, and wish to maintain it. Cleanliness, a healthy lifestyle, and non-smoking habits are important, as is financial capability to meet the rent obligations.

As for the household, you will share the home with me and my 23-year-old son, who is pursuing studies in machine learning and data science at the University of Copenhagen. I am a professionally trained pianist and singer currently involved in music teaching among other activities. Additionally, we have an older, very gentle cat who usually stays outdoors when weather conditions allow.
