A tenant is sought for a 12-square-meter room that offers a view of Grøndalsparken. Situated in a peaceful and quaint neighborhood, the house enjoys excellent proximity to both train and bus routes. Traveling to the city center takes approximately 15 minutes, and public transportation also provides convenient connections to destinations outside the city.

The room itself is well-lit and comes fully furnished, including a bed, ample closet space, a desk, and a chair. Shared access is available to the kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and garden area. The property is equipped with wi-fi. The monthly rent for the room is DKK 6,300, with a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent. Consequently, the initial payment required covers both the first month's rent and the deposit.

We are seeking a tenant who maintains a stable routine through either studies or steady employment, values the tranquility of the home and is committed to preserving it, prioritizes cleanliness, leads a healthy, non-smoking lifestyle, and has the financial means to meet the rent obligations.

About us: You will share the residence with myself and my 23-year-old son, who is currently pursuing machine learning and data science studies at the University of Copenhagen. I am professionally trained as a pianist and singer and am involved in music teaching among other activities. Creating a respectful living environment where everyone feels comfortable is important to us.
