The available room is 12 km2 and receives sunlight. It is furnished with a bed for 1 person, a small study table, a clothes cupboard with a hanger system, bed linen and towels. It will be ready from 7th november 2026 (noon). Guests and friends are not allowed, and all social life takes place outside the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen are shared; refrigerator space is limited, and there is no freezer. The apartment is old and has a humble character. Internet is available.
The rent is paid on the first of every month and includes use of the kitchen installations, pots and pans, gas, electricity, internet, warm/hot water for showering and washing, provided laundry use is moderate-for example, 1 machine a week. The deposit is 1 month rent (5300 kr), payable on arrival day. It is returned on departure day if the room is as clean as it was when handed over to the tenant on arrival day. Both tenant and landlady give 1 month when seeking other arrangements for the rented room; the landlady must be informed before the 1.st in every month, 1 month in advance.
The tenant is expected to spend 1. -1 1/2 hours cleaning pr. weak under an existing cleaning plan, rotating between the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment has a garbage seperation system, and the tenant must sort their own waste into it; the landlady takes care of the garbage on a daily basis. The landlady is looking for a clean, quiet, Non smoking -no drugs tennant who is comfortable with their own company at home, is selfsufficient and can help keep the household clean on a weekly basis. Being part of the household carries responsibility. The landlady expects privacy; she works many hours at different times, and home is where she rests, sleeps and spends quiet meditative time. Conversations should be kept in the tennats own room, with peace between 22.00-9.00 (danish Timezone). The tenant will receive an adress and live as a housefriend. If local authorities have already granted the tenant a recidence permission, cpr will folllow the adress registration.
