A 10.5-square-meter bedroom is available for rent within a 124-square-meter apartment located in the northern section of Valby Maskinfabrik. The property is situated just a 500-meter walk from Valby Station and has several supermarkets-Rema1000, Netto, and Meny-all within 100 meters. Parking options include both bicycle and car spaces available in the basement.
The apartment is shared with Nicolai, aged 27, and Agnes, aged 23, who are both full-time students. The residents aim to maintain a warm, social, and relaxed living environment where activities such as cooking together, watching films, sharing a beer occasionally, or exploring the city are welcome. At the same time, they respect everyone's need for privacy and personal time behind closed doors.
The rental price covers the rent, utilities paid in advance, and internet service, while the electricity bill is paid separately and split among the roommates.
