This room is available exclusively for Scandinavian women aged 26 and older, with a lease term fixed at six months. Only non-smokers will be considered. Upon moving in, you are required to register at the address and deregister again when leaving.

Located on the fourth floor of a freshly painted apartment, the bright room features a large light-colored wardrobe and can be furnished according to your individual preferences, as it is otherwise empty save for the wardrobe and optionally an armchair. The apartment itself spans 90 square meters and consists of three rooms in total. The bathroom is equipped with a pleasant bathtub, and tenants have unrestricted access to the kitchen as well as shared use of the dining area. The TV room serves as the landlord’s private space, while the dining room is shared.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood of Østerbro, the apartment is just five minutes away from the new Vibenhus Metro station, Fælledparken, and various shopping options such as Netto, Menu, Føtex, among others. Fitness World and Østerbrogade are also within close proximity. Laundry facilities with a dryer can be found 150 meters from the building.

The rent includes water, electricity, heating, and internet usage but excludes cleaning supplies and similar consumables. The landlord emphasizes a calm living environment without loud music or frequent parties, as noise carries easily. Visits from significant others are not permitted, and social visits from friends should be limited to maintain a comfortable atmosphere where the landlord does not feel like a guest in her own home. A clean and tidy apartment is highly valued.

No pets are allowed, and potential tenants must be non-smokers and at least 26 years old. The preference is for women only, based on prior positive experiences. It should be noted that the landlord will spend extended periods away from the apartment since she also resides elsewhere.
