Two rooms are currently available in a shared 2nd floor apartment located next to the train station, suitable for students or professionals. Monthly rent details are as follows: Room 1 - occupied; Room 2 - 5400; Room 3 - occupied; Room 4 - 6000. The rent covers wifi, heating, water and electricity. Rooms 3 and 4 can be combined into a double room for an extra cost. Rental terms allow for short-term or long-term leases; terminating the contract requires 2 months' notice and a 2 months' deposit. Each room is furnished with a bed, sheets/duvet, wardrobe/drawers, lamp, chair, armchair, desk and bookshelf.

Residents share access to a living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. There is a locked backyard + garden available for keeping bicycle/car.

The property is a 2 mins' walk to the train/bus station. Travel options to DTU (Lyngby) include: 25-30 mins by bicycle using cycle paths. DOTT electric bikes - available by train station (Vedbæk) and at DTU. 25 minutes to DTU via train and bus: Train: Vedbæk (06) to Skodsborg (09) = 3 mins; Bus 40E: Skodsborg (19) to DTU (31) = 12 mins. 30 mins to DTU via bus: Bus 195: Vedbæk to Rema 1000 Supermarket = 17 mins (Runs every 20 mins). Cross over the motorway (3 mins' walk). Then Bus 15E or 150S (Gl. Holte, Øverødvej to DTU) = 5 mins. Bus 150S/15E run every 10 mins, although 15E only in early morning and from midafternoon).
