A single room is currently available in a shared apartment situated on the second floor, conveniently located near the train station, suitable for both students and working professionals.

The monthly cost for Room 1 is 4600 DKK, while Rooms 2, 3, and 4 are not available at this time. Included in the rent are utilities such as internet access, heating, water, and electricity. Additionally, Rooms 3 and 4 have the option to be combined into a double room for an extra fee.

The lease terms offer flexibility for either short-term or long-term stays, with a mandatory notice period of two months to end the contract. A deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. Each room comes fully furnished, featuring essentials such as a bed with linens and duvet, wardrobe or drawers, a lamp, seating including a chair and an armchair, a desk, and a bookshelf.

Residents share access to communal areas like the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. Moreover, there is a secured backyard along with a garden space available, which can be used for storing bicycles or cars.

In terms of location, the train and bus station is only a two-minute walk from the apartment. Cycling to DTU in Lyngby takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes when using designated bike paths. For additional convenience, DOTT electric bikes can be rented near the train station in Vedbæk as well as at DTU.

Traveling to DTU by public transport takes about 25 minutes, involving a three-minute train ride from Vedbæk (station 06) to Skodsborg (station 09), followed by a 12-minute ride on bus 40E from Skodsborg (stop 19) to DTU (stop 31). An alternative route lasts around 30 minutes: bus 195 runs every 20 minutes from Vedbæk to the Rema 1000 supermarket (a 17-minute ride), then after a three-minute walk crossing the motorway, buses 15E or 150S from Gl. Holte or Øverødvej to DTU take about five minutes. Note that buses 150S and 15E have a 10-minute frequency, although bus 15E operates only during early mornings and mid-afternoon hours.

Students can purchase a monthly Youth Travel Card (Ungdomskort) for 663 DKK.
