Fladstrandsparken is the latest development in Vesterport, consisting of three distinct neighborhoods: the Længehusene with 31 residences, the Gårdhavehusene offering 25 homes, and the Terrassehusene comprising 28 units. Constructed in 2020, these buildings comply with enhanced standards for insulation and energy efficiency, reflecting modern building regulations.

The design of the complex emphasizes fostering strong community bonds and encouraging an active social environment among residents. Adjacent to the housing units, a multi-purpose building will be established, featuring a banquet hall, guest rooms, and facilities for the caretaker.

The Længehusene and Gårdhavehusene neighborhoods consist of low-rise, closely spaced single-story homes situated either on the ground floor or the first floor.
