Lerstien.

Lerstien represents the newest residential development in Vesterport, consisting of 20 eco-friendly and energy-efficient family homes. These dwellings have been designed in a style that closely mirrors the architectural character of the surrounding buildings, effectively completing the original vision for the area's residential expansion. The project introduces a fresh and appealing neighborhood, highlighted by its striking architecture and impressive views.

This initial phase forms part of a larger plan that will ultimately include around 80 family residences. The 20 homes are arranged as 10 semi-detached houses, each featuring two levels. Constructed in 2020, these houses comply with stringent regulations concerning insulation and energy consumption. Heating is provided by heat pumps, which are partly powered by solar panels, resulting in significantly lower heating costs compared to conventional buildings.

Each residence has been thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light and offer an optimal layout. Additionally, the development places importance on fostering a sense of community and encouraging an active social environment among neighbors.
