I am seeking a friendly, sociable tenant for a room in a modern apartment on Islands Brygge. The flat is situated close to the metro, the University of Copenhagen, the harborfront, Amager Fælled, winter bathing and the City. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment, and the rent covers everything: heating, water, electricity, TV, license, internet, washing machine and dryer. The room is furnished.

It is important that you are willing to take part in keeping the apartment and the room clean and tidy, and that you do not have excessive visitor traffic or frequent parties; like me, you should appreciate that the home is quiet most of the time. At the same time, there should of course be room for laughter and sociability now and then.
