The rent is 6000 DKK plus a refundable deposit of 3000 DKK, totaling 9000 DKK. Commuters are eligible for a reduced rate.

The room comes furnished and includes bed linens. Utilities such as WiFi, electricity, gas, and water are included. The bathroom and kitchen, both recently renovated, are shared. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of an old building without an elevator. It is conveniently located near the metro, bus stops, cafés, and supermarkets.

The kitchen is pleasant, offering a common space for coffee and meals.

Storage space is limited. Cleaning duties are to be shared among tenants.
