I am an active retiree, follow a vegetarian lifestyle, and have various hobbies.

The rent is 6000 DKK with a refundable deposit of 4000 DKK. In total, the initial payment amounts to 12,000 DKK. A discounted rate applies for commuters.

The room comes furnished and includes bed linens. Utilities such as WiFi, electricity, gas, and water are included. The bathroom and kitchen are shared and recently renovated. The residence is located on the fourth floor of an old building without an elevator. It is conveniently close to the Metro, buses, cafés, and supermarkets.

There is a pleasant kitchen where we can occasionally meet for coffee, and you are welcome to enjoy your meals there.

The room is intended for a single occupant only and offers limited storage space. Cleaning responsibilities are to be shared.

A commuter room is available from May 1st at a reduced price.
