The rental price is 6000 DKK per month, plus a refundable deposit of 6000 DKK, totaling 12,000 DKK upfront. A discounted rate applies for commuters.

The room comes fully furnished, including bed linens. Utilities such as WiFi, electricity, gas, and water are included. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared but recently renovated. The apartment is located in an older building on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator.

Conveniently situated near the Metro, bus stops, cafés, and supermarkets, the kitchen is a pleasant communal space for coffee or meals.

The room is intended for single occupancy only and offers limited storage space. Cleaning responsibilities are to be shared.

A commuter room will be available from July 1st at a reduced price.
