I am looking for a roommate for a room in Vestbyen. The room is available immediately and measures 12 kvm. It is situated in a charming apartment on the 3rd floor; the flat is 88 kvm in total and comprises 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large bath/toilet, a spacious living room and an entré. The rent for this room is 2773 kr/mdr. Monthly utilities amount to 333 kr/mdr, which cover water, heating, electricity, contents insurance and internet. The total monthly cost for the room is 3106 kr/mdr. The room itself is not furnished, while the remainder of the apartment is furnished.

A few words about me: my name is Kenneth and I do not smoke. I keep things tidy and clean without being obsessive. In my free time I train, cycle, swim, dance, go out in the city and spend time with family and friends.
