The entire apartment spans 105 square meters, of which 14 square meters are reserved for you, divided between two separate rooms measuring 8 and 6 square meters respectively. The current occupant will be moving out around mid-October. Although there are no photos available of the rooms at this time, you are more than welcome to visit and view them in person. Please note that a cat lives here, so it is essential that you like animals and are not allergic.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious kitchen and living area as well as your two rooms. The second floor contains a small bathroom, an entrance area, and the owner's bedroom.
