The available room can be occupied starting either April 1st or May 1st, 2026.

The monthly rent is 4,000 DKK, with additional estimated utility expenses of around 2,000 DKK.

This spacious, unfurnished room of approximately 17 square meters is situated in an apartment on Østerbrogade in Copenhagen. The location is close to Fælledparken, as well as Svanemølle and Hellerup beaches, and is near Øbro swimming pool, among other amenities.

The neighborhood offers a variety of specialty stores, restaurants, and excellent transport connections. Both bus lines and the Metro ring are just around the corner, and Svanemølle S-train station is only a short walk away. It takes about 15 minutes by bicycle to reach Kongens Nytorv, even in rainy weather.

Featuring an asymmetrical layout, the room has a ceiling height of 2.80 meters, wooden flooring, underfloor heating powered by district heating, and well-insulated windows. Electricity and water costs are included in the rent, while heating expenses are billed separately.

The rental agreement requires a two-month deposit and a two-month notice period for termination.

Tenants must provide their own toilet paper and electric kettle, as well as their own internet connection.

The room is intended for a responsible, mature, independent, discreet, and considerate individual without children. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A quiet living environment and respect for privacy are prioritized.

Living arrangements do not constitute a shared apartment or collective housing in the traditional sense, but rather a rental of a single room.

Commuters with their own furniture are also welcome.

Cleaning of shared areas is organized in a rotation schedule; otherwise, cleaning services are paid for.

Due to perfume allergies, only fragrance-free products are allowed.

The landlord resides in the apartment, works mainly from home, and travels when possible. There is also a curious yet reserved cat named Mr. Mus, whom tenants may gradually become friends with.
