The room itself is unfurnished, asymmetrical in shape, and measures roughly 16 square meters. The ceiling height is 2.80 meters. The floor is hardwood, and the apartment features district heating along with well-insulated windows.

Electricity and water consumption are included in the rent, whereas heating costs must be paid separately.

The rental agreement requires a deposit equal to two months' rent and a notice period of two months.

Tenants are expected to bring their own toilet paper and electric kettle, as well as their own internet connection.

The room is offered to a responsible, mature, independent, discreet, and considerate individual without children. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Preference is given to someone quiet who values privacy.

The landlord resides in the apartment, works primarily from home, and travels when possible. There is also a curious yet reserved cat named Mr. Mus, whom tenants may gradually build a friendship with.
