This room is unfurnished and irregularly shaped, with a ceiling height of 2.80 meters. It features hardwood flooring and district heating, complemented by well-insulated windows.

Electricity and water consumption are included in the rent, whereas heating is billed separately.

The rental agreement requires a deposit equal to two months' rent and a notice period of two months.

The landlord resides in the apartment, works frequently from home, and travels when possible. The household includes a curious and reserved cat named Mr. Mus, who may develop a friendship with tenants over time.
