Available for move-in April 1st or May 1st, 2026, this spacious, unfurnished room is located in an apartment on Østerbrogade, Copenhagen, close to Fælledparken as well as Svanemølle and Hellerup Beaches. Nearby amenities include Øbro swimming pool and a variety of specialized shops, restaurants, and convenient transportation options.

Public transit is easily accessible with bus stops and the metro ring just around the corner, while Svanemølle S-train station is only a short walk away. The central location allows for a 15-minute bike ride to Kongens Nytorv, which remains manageable even in rainy weather.

The room itself is approximately 17 square meters with an irregular shape and features a ceiling height of 2.80 meters. It has hardwood floors, underfloor heating, and well-insulated windows. Electricity and water consumption are included in the rent, but heating costs are billed separately.

The rental agreement requires a two-month deposit and stipulates a two-month notice period. Tenants are responsible for bringing their own toilet paper and electric kettle, as well as setting up their own internet connection. Smoking is prohibited within the apartment, and the ideal tenant is a responsible, mature, independent, discreet, and considerate individual without children. Privacy and quiet living are prioritized.

This arrangement is not a shared flat or a classic co-living situation but rather the rental of a private room within the apartment. Commuters with their own furniture are welcome as well. The cleaning of communal areas is organized on a rotational basis; otherwise, paid cleaning services are available. Due to fragrance allergies, fragrance-free products are required.

The landlord resides in the apartment, works frequently from home, and travels when possible. A curious yet reserved cat named Mr. Mouse also lives here, with whom tenants may gradually develop a friendly relationship.
