A vacant room is available for rent within a spacious apartment located on Østerbrogade in Copenhagen, close to Fælledparken, Svanemølle and Hellerup beaches, Øbro swimming pool, among other amenities. The neighborhood offers access to specialized shops, a variety of restaurants, and convenient transportation options. Both bus stops and the metro ring are just around the corner, while Svanemølle S-train station lies within a very short walking distance. Cycling to Kongens Nytorv takes approximately 15 minutes-even during rainy weather.

The room itself measures approximately 17 square meters and is unfurnished with an irregular shape. It features a ceiling height of 2.80 meters, hardwood flooring, district heating, and well-insulated windows. The rent includes electricity and water, but heating costs are billed separately.

The rental agreement requires a deposit equivalent to two months' rent, and the notice period is also two months. Tenants must bring their own toilet paper and kitchen utensils such as an electric kettle. Kitchen use is allowed but limited. Internet service is not provided and must be arranged by the tenant.

The room is offered to a responsible, mature, independent, discreet, and considerate individual without children. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A quiet atmosphere and respect for privacy are important. The living arrangement is neither a shared flat nor a communal living situation in the traditional sense, but simply a room rental within the apartment.

Commuters who furnish the room themselves are also welcome. Cleaning of common areas is organized on a rotation basis unless one opts to pay for cleaning services. Due to allergies, use of fragrance-free products is preferred.

The apartment's resident works mostly from home and travels whenever possible. A shy yet curious cat named Mr. Mus also lives here, and tenants may develop a bond with him over time.
