This property is situated just a short walk from Hellerup Station, providing quick train connections to Kgs. Lyngby, DTU, and central Copenhagen. Multiple bus lines, including 1A, 21, 23, 164, 171, and 192, also serve the area. Hellerup itself is characterized by upscale homes, numerous embassies, and verdant surroundings. It lies approximately a 10-minute drive north of Copenhagen's city center and within cycling distance of locations such as UN City, Copenhagen City, and DTU.

When confirming the booking, a deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required, along with payment of one month's rent in advance prior to moving in.
