The first phase of development at Østerbrogade, consisting of a tall building, features 53 student apartments spread across six floors and is equipped with an elevator. These residences include a combination of two-room apartments as well as duplexes, where each unit contains one bedroom and residents share a kitchen and bathroom with one other student. In the second phase, located at Østerbrogade 67D, there are 36 student units situated on the first and second floors, accessible by elevator. Each of these apartments is a single-room layout spanning 50 square meters, complete with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Residents have access to a communal laundry facility located on the ground floor of Østerbrogade, and there is also a shared terrace available on the fourth floor. The area is conveniently positioned close to educational institutions, sports facilities, shopping options, and the city center. Eligibility for renting a student apartment requires active enrollment in an educational program. The entire building maintains a smoke-free environment, which extends into the individual apartments; however, a designated smoking shelter is provided by the main entrance.
