I am offering a room for rent within my apartment and am looking for a roommate to share the space with. Currently, I am in the final year of my master's program and also maintain a part-time job. Therefore, I value a living environment that feels comfortable and cozy, yet calm and quiet enough to allow for focused study and relaxation.

The ideal roommate might be a student or someone who works, who, like me, appreciates peace, mutual respect, and a laid-back atmosphere. While socializing over coffee occasionally is welcome, the apartment is mainly intended to be a place for recharging and unwinding.
