Kat is a 42-year-old woman originally from Tallinn, Estonia. She has lived abroad for the past 22 odd years, first in London and now in Copenhagen. Her current flatmate is moving to another country after they shared the apartment for over 4 years, so she is seeking someone to take over an unfurnished room measuring 12.3sq m (293 x 419). It is one of two rooms in a non-smoking apartment, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The rent covers all bills: water, heating, electricity and internet. It also includes use of the shared laundry room in the basement. The room is available for a long-term sublet, and a 'pendler' arrangement is also possible.

Kat regards home as a peaceful place to unwind and recharge, and says a good atmosphere between flatmates is important because the apartment is too small for people to live as strangers. She enjoys travelling when she can, spending time outdoors in nature, attending music gigs and resting. She is looking for a tidy person-especially in shared areas-who is considerate and mature, and open to honest, two-way communication when sharing a home with someone new.
