Paul and Jan are currently looking for a new roommate to take over a room in their charming apartment located on Rantzausgade, available from the 15th of May. The shared living space includes a communal lounge area and a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, there is access to a green courtyard perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Indoor bicycle storage is available, and the tenant will also have use of a storage room measuring approximately 10 m² to keep personal belongings.

The room itself measures 16 m² (4 by 4.1 meters) and comes with a monthly rent of 3,750 DKK, which includes an advance payment for water. A deposit equivalent to two months' rent, totaling 7,200 DKK, is required. Electricity and heating costs are not included and will be shared equally among the tenants.

Regarding the current residents, Paul is 21 years old from France and is pursuing studies in Export and Technology at UCN. He describes himself as sociable and easygoing, with a passion for travel and exploring new destinations. He is particularly enthusiastic about outdoor sports such as skiing, hiking, and climbing. Jan is 33 and initially began studying mathematics but shifted his interests toward communication, psychology, and helping people realize their potential, which led him into a career in sales. Today, he runs his own business. Jan enjoys staying youthful at heart, values diverse social interactions, and often spends his leisure time working out at the gym or socializing with friends.
