semifurnished room

I am renting out a single room in my apartment as I am in a bit of a transition period. You will share the remainder of the flat with another couple who live in the larger section on the other side of the hallway. The room comes partly furnished (except for a bed) and the rent is 6000 with everything (this includes internet, heating, gas and electricity). The shelves will of course be emptied. There is access to a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, and the hallway has space for jackets and shoes. A bicycle can be parked in a locked basement or shed.

There are three laundromats in the building with dryers and a cheap payment system; the cost is calculated each month and added to the rent (about 11,- dkk per wash). I am renting out for a year. Bus connections to Nørreport station are 5-10 min walking distance and the metro is 5-10 min walking distance as well. Fælledparken is within walking distance. Heat, gas, electricity, internet included.
