Half appartment for couple

I am offering the larger portion of my three-bedroom apartment for rent as I am currently transitioning back to Denmark following a year spent in Norway. The rooms available will come furnished, including both beds and other necessary furniture.

At the moment, you will be sharing the remaining part of the apartment with me, as I will be residing in a smaller room located across the hallway.

The rental price encompasses all utilities such as heating, gas, and internet access.

The rooms are furnished upon rental. If preferred, the shelves can be cleared out before you move in. Since I still live here, some personal belongings will be kept stored in boxes underneath the bed and on top of the closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is sufficient space in the hallway for coats and shoes.

Within the building, there are three laundromats that include dryers. The laundry facilities operate on a low-cost payment system, and the usage fee is calculated monthly and added to the rent. The cost is approximately 11 DKK per wash, including detergent.

The rental period is initially between six months and one year, with the possibility for CPR registration.

Residents have access to a spacious kitchen and a bathroom.

All costs related to heating, gas, electricity, and internet are included.

Public transportation options are conveniently close, with bus stops to Nørreport Station reachable within five to ten minutes on foot. Additionally, the metro station is about a five to ten-minute walk away.

Fælledparken, widely regarded as the best park in Copenhagen, is just a three-minute walk from the apartment.

For leisure, Svanemøllen Beach and the harbour can be reached within seven minutes by bike.

There is secured bicycle parking available either in a locked basement or in a shed.
