Bright room available in a lovely home surrounded by nature in Holte. The house is located in a scenic area close to Søllerød Lake, with Kirkeskoven Forest right next door.

Please note: The rent is all-inclusive, covering water, heating, electricity, TV, high-speed internet, and laundry facilities.

We are a couple in our early 30s with two sons, aged 5 years and 10 months, looking for a tenant for one of the two rooms on the lower ground floor. Emil is an engineer, and Julie is a registered nurse.

As a tenant, you will have access to:

Your own private entrance
A shared kitchen and bathroom (shared with one other male tenant)
Laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer)
Bicycle storage
Access to the terrace and garden

The house is located approximately 1.8 km from the centre of Holte, where you'll find supermarkets and shops (including Netto, Kvickly, Coop, and others).

2 km to Holte Station, with both the A and E train lines providing direct service to central Copenhagen (approximately 20 minutes)
About 200 metres to the nearest bus stop
5 km to DTU

Please note: We are looking for a non-smoker.

The room comes with a white wardrobe but is otherwise rented unfurnished. However, a sofa bed and a single bed can be provided if needed. The photos of the room are examples of how it could be furnished.
