It comes with a cool industrial-style open closet, a wall mounted tv with chrome cast, a pendant lamp, and shelving. If you need a desk with 2 drawers, a desk lamp, or a furnishings for the balcony, I’ve got you covered. The bed isn’t included, though! The balcony offers "peaceful" views over a schoolyard – no nosy neighbors here, just noisy kids. If you’re into basketball, the courts are open after school hours.

We’ll share a fully-equipped kitchen (that means dish and clothes washing machines) and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate toilet.

The monthly rent includes:

Electricity is split 50/50 every three months, so it’s a team effort!
