My wife Vivi, who is 61, and I live in a residential neighborhood in Bagsværd. We have five shared children in their late twenties to early thirties, all of whom have moved out. As a result, we have a couple of spare rooms, one of which we have already rented out.

The available room features its own private entrance. Tenants will have shared access to a bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, and an extractor hood. The freezer is not included; however, the current tenant has installed one and pays the additional electricity costs separately from the rent. It might be possible to arrange with the existing tenant the use of the freezer in exchange for a fee.

Kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed in 2019, so the space is modern and well-maintained. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sink where dishes can be washed. These areas are shared with the other tenant, and the cleaning responsibilities for common areas should be mutually agreed upon.

You will also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, which all occupants share.

Our home is situated about 1.3 kilometers from Stengårds Station, from where the S-train can take you to Copenhagen in roughly 20 minutes. The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in Lyngby is approximately 5 kilometers away, making it reachable by bike, although bus services are also available. Additionally, Novo Nordisk is located very close by.

Bagsværd offers a charming suburban atmosphere with shops and dining options, as well as beautiful natural surroundings such as Bagsværd Lake and Hareskoven forest.

It is important to highlight that the room is intended for a single occupant only, and pets are not allowed due to allergy concerns.
