A comprehensive physical development plan for the housing district has been approved and may result in increased rent and potentially temporary relocation after occupancy. Construction work is scheduled to commence around mid-2027, with completion anticipated by 2030. Upon finishing, rent increases of approximately 10-12% are expected as a consequence of this plan.
