The layout

Under the stairs is a proper storage room for everything daily life doesn't need close at hand.

The first floor holds the main living room - bright, generous and with good ceiling height — alongside a room that works equally well as a bedroom, a children's room or a home office.

The neighbourhood

Bellakvarteret has become exactly what it was designed to be: a quiet residential quarter with green courtyards, playgrounds and the lake right outside. The metro is a few minutes' walk from the front door, putting central Copenhagen roughly fifteen minutes away and the airport around ten. A car is rarely necessary here — but if you want to bring one, a parking space can be rented separately.

Day-to-day shopping is covered by the local supermarkets or by Fields, a few hundred metres away. Royal Arena is around the corner for concerts and matches. On the other side of the quarter, Amager Fælled and Kalvebod Fælled open up — hundreds of hectares of open nature where you can run, cycle or walk without meeting a busy road. There are nurseries, a school and an upper-secondary school within the neighbourhood, and by bike you can reach Islands Brygge and its harbour baths in about fifteen minutes, with Amager Strandpark and the old town of Dragør equally within reach.

Practical details

Electricity, water and heating are paid directly to the utility companies. There is no monthly on-account charge added to the rent — you pay exactly what you use, and there is no year-end settlement from the landlord to worry about.

Pets by prior agreement. A parking space can be rented for a monthly fee in addition to the rent.
