Self-employed persons and consultants must document CVR registration and turnover for the most recent financial year. 2) Students - young applicants or their spouse/partner who are enrolled in an education in the municipality defined as an SU‑eligible, competence-giving education or vocational training, including apprenticeships; the education must be an SU‑eligible, continuous full-time course of at least one year (documented by a copy of the education certificate/apprenticeship contract and the last payslip or a dated statement from the educational institution confirming enrollment). 3) Divorcees with children - persons residing in the municipality who, in connection with divorce, separation or a broken relationship and in need of rapid housing, may have priority for up to one year after divorce/separation/relationship break-up (documented by divorce or separation papers or a residence certificate showing that the parties have lived together). 4) Sale of real estate - applicants or their spouse/partner residing in the municipality who are selling a property (documented by a signed sales agreement).
