Each of these units is a single-room dwelling measuring 50 square meters and includes its own kitchen and bathroom facilities.

On the ground floor of Østerbrogade, there is a shared laundry room available for residents. Additionally, a communal terrace is situated on the fourth floor, offering an outdoor space for all tenants. The development enjoys a convenient location close to educational institutions, sports facilities, shopping options, and the city center. Residency is restricted to individuals currently enrolled in an educational program. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, including inside the apartments, though a designated smoking shelter is placed near the main entrance.
