I am renting a furnished, cosy room with direct access to the shared kitchen in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg. The property is a villa on the 1.floor of a two-family house situated in a green neighbourhood close to parks and a lake; we live upstairs and enjoy a pleasant view over the surrounding greenery. The area is very quiet and surrounded by green spaces, with a small, cosy garden and a bike shed, and there are many sports clubs and swimming halls nearby. The nearest train and bus stop is 300 meter away, and the metro is a 10min walk (Lindevang and Flintholm metro and bus are within a few minutes' walk) - this is in one of the nicest parts of beautiful Frederiksberg in Copenhagen.
You will have your own bathroom with a WC and shower in the cellar and your own washing machine located in that bathroom. Heating, electricity and wifi are included in the rent, and insurance is included in the rent as well. The room has its own refrigerator, TV, an electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and crockery, cutlery, glasses and cups. Linens and towels are provided, and the room is fully furnished with a sofa bed and a desk. Kitchen access allows for water and light cooking, dishwashing etc., and we sometimes prepare dinner together. Preference: full time renter or Pendler, working or student - non indoor smoker. Lots of good takeaways and shopping options are close by.
