The room will be ready for occupancy starting February 2026. It comes fully furnished, including chairs, a desk, a dining table, a bed/sofa, and a wardrobe. Internet access is provided via a wired connection, with the option to use Wi-Fi if the tenant's computer does not support a cable connection. Registration of CPR (civil registration) is allowed.

The rental period can be extended upon mutual agreement. Although a minimum lease of four months is preferred, longer stays can be discussed if reasonable. The location is generally quiet, making it suitable for studying. Lyngby offers excellent amenities and convenient transport links, including buses and trains that go directly to Copenhagen.

The room is situated within cycling distance of DTU (Technical University of Denmark). Please note that communication is only possible through messages from premium members; messages sent without premium status cannot be received.
