This furnished space includes chairs, a desk, a dining table, a bed/sofa, and a wardrobe. A wired internet connection is provided, with Wi-Fi access available for those who cannot connect via cable on their devices. It is possible to register your CPR address here.

Located in a generally quiet neighborhood ideal for studying, the area offers minimal noise disturbance. Lyngby itself presents excellent opportunities and convenient transportation, with direct bus and train connections to Copenhagen. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of the same building.

The room is within cycling distance of DTU.

Available now from February 1, 2026, the maximum rental period is open for negotiation, though a minimum stay of four months is preferred due to tax regulations. The room comes furnished as shown in the photos, with seating, tables, a bed, and more. Internet access is primarily through a cable connection, but Wi-Fi is an option if cable use is not feasible. CPR registration is permitted. Please note that messages can only be received from premium members; even if non-premium users send messages, they will not be delivered. Laundry facilities are accessed in the basement via the same stairwell.
