The room will be ready for occupancy starting on February 1st, 2026. It comes furnished with chairs, a desk, a dining table, a bed that doubles as a sofa, and a wardrobe. There is a wired internet connection available, and WiFi can be provided if a cable connection to the computer is not possible. Registration with the Danish Civil Registration System (CPR) is permitted.

The rental period is flexible and can be extended upon mutual agreement. While the minimum preferred duration is four months due to tax regulations, a longer lease may be discussed if it makes sense. The property is situated in a generally quiet neighborhood, ideal for studying without much noise. Lyngby, where the room is located, offers numerous amenities and excellent public transport links, including buses and trains directly to Copenhagen. Additionally, the room is within cycling distance to the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
