Available from 1.8.2026 (a bit earlier is also possible): I am renting out a small furnished room of ca.9 kvm to a student (only a girl) in my 4-room apartment in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. The current tenant is moving to Spain, which is why the room is free again. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher and a shared balcony, and there is a bicycle cellar. The flat is close to shopping, buses and trains. The rent is 2750 (including heat, electricity, internet, yousee) plus payment for laundry in the laundry cellar. Cycle distance to the city centre is 25 min, 3 min walk to buses, 10 min to the train, and 10 min by bike to Nørrebro. Deposit is 2750 kr. The tenancy is from 1.8.2026 for approximately 1-2 years (I have had students for 7-8 years). CPR nr er ok.

About me: I am a 61-year-old woman with 2 daughters who do not live at home. I often look after my daughter's dog, so you should like dogs. I work every day and value my privacy. I spend time with friends and training, and I love to travel and enjoy music. I would very much prefer a female student between 18-30 years. You should take part in the household chores and follow the house rules; we always clean up after ourselves. Above all, I am looking for a kind and friendly person.
