I am renting out a room in my two-room apartment in Brønshøj, located in a pleasantly quiet residential neighbourhood. The room can be taken with the white dresser and bed, if you want them. There is access to a balcony from this room, and you will have the primary access to that balcony.

You will be living with me; I work as a service advisor at a car workshop in Allerød. I am calm, friendly and welcoming, and I enjoy coffee, LPs, cars and spending quality time with family and friends. I also like pub atmospheres and concerts. The building is small, has a garden and there is free laundry. We will share the kitchen and bathroom; the kitchen is already fully equipped with everything, including a dishwasher. I expect you to be calm and tidy as well, since we will be living close together and the building is very noisy. I don't mind sharing everyday life over a beer, a cup of coffee or a meal when the mood strikes, but we naturally respect each other's privacy. Cleaning of the apartment will be rotated so it always stays clean and neat. The rent includes everything, and you can, of course, have your address registered at the apartment.

Bus lines 5C and 2A are a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and Vanløse station is 1 km away. The contract is limited to two years at a time. Contents insurance (indboforsikring) is included in the rent.
