A room is available for rent in my two-room apartment located in Brønshøj, situated within a peaceful residential neighborhood. The room comes furnished with a white dresser and bed, which you may choose to keep. From this room, you have direct access to the balcony, which you will primarily use.

You will be sharing the apartment with me; I work as a service advisor at a car workshop in Allerød. I am a calm and friendly person who enjoys coffee, vinyl records, cars, and spending quality time with family and friends. I also appreciate the atmosphere of pubs and live concerts.

The property is small and includes a garden along with a laundry facility that is free of charge. We will share the kitchen and bathroom, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, including a dishwasher.

I would prefer a tenant who is also quiet and tidy since the apartment is compact and has thin walls, making it somewhat sound-sensitive. I am open to sharing everyday moments over a beer, coffee, or a meal if the mood strikes, but mutual respect for privacy is a given.

Cleaning duties will be rotated regularly to maintain a clean and pleasant living environment. The rent covers all expenses, and you are, of course, permitted to register your address at the apartment.

Public transport options 5C and 2A are within a 10-minute walk, and Vanløse station is just 1 kilometer away.

The lease agreement is limited to a maximum duration of two years at a time.
