I live in a four-room apartment, situated only a five-minute walk from Ryparken Station, and about a ten-minute brisk walk to Vibenhus Metro Station. The apartment has a vacant room available now. Close by is Fælledparken, perfect for a refreshing walk in the green surroundings. By bike, the city center can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes.

Rent includes both electricity and TV/internet, so you won't face unexpected bills.

Beyond your private room, there is also a guest room in the apartment. I usually use it when family or friends come to visit, and you are naturally welcome to use it as well. Adjacent to the guest room is a small balcony, a pleasant spot for reading while enjoying nice weather.

The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven-all available for shared use-along with a fridge and freezer to share. There is also a shared bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, so you don't need to rely on external facilities. In the same bathroom area, you'll find both a washing machine and a tumble dryer for convenience.

Several fitness centers are located within walking distance, offering gym facilities right at the doorstep.
